que permite ascender a una meseta natural.
2-
Zona media, llamada “Mixtos”, que
precisamente son campos de transición entre las chacras bajas y la costa de
Lago Lezana con vistas magnificas de pre cordillera de Los Andes. Esta franja
del campo que comprende aproximadamente un 55 % de la superficie total, es
relativamente plana con suaves ondulaciones, algunos cañadones pequeños con
mallines y agua de vertientes, buenos pastos naturales para criar algunos lanares
y bovinos. La vista es realmente extraordinaria desde este lugar, y puede verse
el Lago Lezana en su Totalidad y parte del lago Cholila, las altas cordilleras
al Oeste, el cerro Tres Picos, etc.
3-
La zona alta, llamada “Veranada”
comprende las laderas centrales del campo con pastos naturales y abundante vegetación
(Bosque de Cipreses, Pinos, Radales, Maitenes, etc.). La vista desde aquí es
imponente y puede observarse hasta las cordilleras que rodean Epuyén, El
Bolsón, El Maitén, Leleque, Villarino, La momia, Etc.
ORIENTACIÓN: Nor-Noreste.
Es un campo muy soleado donde las nevadas se van rápidamente.
INSTALACIONES Y MEJORAS:
Hay alambres perimetrales en tres lados menos en la zona de costa de lago. 3500
Mts APROX. No existen edificaciones.
ASPECTOS DESTACABLES DE LA PROPIEDAD:
- El campo se encuentra bien ubicado, en una zona muy
